I would highly recommend everyone in need of a rental to check out Phil Thompson properties . Lilly the property manager goes above and beyond to help out and mr Phil is amazing .. since we have lived here when there is a mantience issue the take care of the problem in a timely manner.. all the mantience man have been very professional and super sweet. We absolutely love the house we are renting now.

I have been with Phil Thompson properties for 3 years and I am could not be more satisfied with them as a landlord. They preform work orders in a timely and efficient manner . The service people are respectful and polite. Mr. Thompson responds to any and all questions and does so in a professional manner. Great company to lease from!

I am beyond satisfied with the property I am renting from Phil Thompson Properties. As for Mr. Thompson he has from the start of me and my families process of becoming tenants went above and beyond. We have experienced very minor and a very little amount of issues with the home and he has addressed those appropriately and in a timely manner. His rental prices are fair and are reflective of the quality of the property. If I felt I could not stay within this particular property I would still wish to remain a tenant in another one of Mr. Thompson's properties.

I have been with Phil Thompson properties for almost 2 years and I am could not be more satisfied with them as a landlord, service people are respectful. Mr Phil responds very quickly all questions. I recommend 100% to people to check out Phil Thompson Properties
