As Always you can get knowledgeable help and most of the time they have whats offered, on sale, in stock. I like this store very much!! The tools are marked at a price for the occasional handyman to the full time working pros. Prices commensurate with the quality of the tools. All of the tools I've purchased have performed as promised but if you want tools to hold up to everyday heavy use you need buy the more expensive lines.nThere is a lady, Janice , that is always friendly, personable and very helpful and always makes me smile. She's the icing on the great cake that is Harbor Freight.

Nice friendly employees. In fact EVERY employee was more knowledgeable of where items were located. I have shopped harbor freight for years and have never had such a good experience. Thumbs up to the manager of that store. Best run store anywhere in the middle Tennessee!
