I love the new pay by phone app they just installed. I come here weekly because it's clear, fair priced, they don't use low water levels, and I get to choose how I pay.
I like this place, but sadly the man who works there is very disrespectful and so RUDE. Once I asked him for help and he ignored me completely, when I'm very sure he heard me. Few weeks later, I needed help because the machine was rejecting my coins, so I called him very politely, I noticed he didn't want to help me and when he came to me, he threw the machine's door so loud and treated me very bad without any reason just because he didn't want to help me and then he started to talk to customers about me.nI hope the owner can do something about it because I have also seen how he is with other people, especially with women. So many people outside wish to have that job and have all the attitude to help customers.
Regarding the employees: The white lady is really friendly and helpful, and the older white guy is rude and completely not helpful. I hope they are not getting the same hourly salary. I try to go there on the days when the lady is working in case I need to ask a question about the machines etc.
Clean , quiet and friendly staff. Always machines open and plenty of quarters. Excellent wifi.
