Brought my 3 year old in for a haircut, checked in online, my name was at the top of the list on the monitor for half an hour, and they took at least 4 other people before me. It's like they were ignoring the fact that I was there and my 3 year old was well behaved, so there was no reason for them to not want to cut his hair.nnNever again.
