It took about 3 calls to actually get to talk to a person. But when I did, the lady was friendly and proficient. The guy came out and was professional and knowledgeable and had me back up and going at what I consider an excellent rate. This is my 3rd time using them ... but they will definitely be the ones I call for another issue.
Scheduling service was easy and folks were easy to talk to on the phone. Robert came out on time and quickly diagnosed the issue, gave us options and estimates very quickly and we decided to replace our 17+ year old unit. They were able to provide a new unit the next day and installed it better than the original and on time. No fault of theirs but there was a manufacturer’s defect on the unit that prevented the fan from fully blowing and Robert diagnosed and replaced the defective component the same day that I contacted them. I definitely recommend them and will gladly do business with them again.
We called due to problems with our heat pump. The weather was 3 inches of snow and freezing temperatures. Andy showed up on time. He was very professional and fixed a loose connection. He gave me great advice in operation of a heat pump. We're new to tharea and I'm not familiar with heat pumps. Thank you. Bennett and Andy will now become our go to people.
Bennett is my new HVAC provider. Robert was here on time this morning and fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Courteous, professional, and very experienced.
I've had Bennett out couple of times over the last few years, and they are always courteous and honest with all the work they do. I just had a new unit installed by them and will continue to be a customer of theirs for years to come.
