We had old compacted moldy insulation replaced in the attic and crawl space. We also had the crawl space encapsulated and a dehumidifier put in it. It has made a huge difference in the efficiency and odor in the house. Very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend this company.
This is a faith-based company, using Christian principles to conduct business. There are companies that fake this, not Innovative. They performed a very difficult water remediation that was hard to accomplish. The water had penetrated a main beam in the crawl space and required 20 days to dry. Normally it would take 3 to 7 days. They came everyday and checked how it was drying out. I had great difficulty with my insurance adjuster, but it was Innovative staff who explained things to me. They negotiated directly with the insurance company and kept us from being frustrated by the delay and other issues. I met many people from this company, from owner to secretaries. I was treated kindly by all. More importantly they were empathetic. They each understood the hardship we were going through, and would have done anything possible to shorten or relieve our loss. Innovative will also be doing the reconstruction. I am looking forward to working with them on the next phase. They answer every question. They respect who you are and what you own. I never want to go through anything like this again, but if I had to there is no doubt I would call Innovative.
I had a slow water leak which lead to drywall and floor damage. They came quickly and explained what needed to be done for the dry out and clean-up process and exactly what it would cost so there were no surprises after the work was started. I will now be using them for the repairs as they have earned my trust.
From start to completion every requirement was meet or exceeded. Michael Burton set the tone with a up front quote. Michele Wilder was a joy to work with. Keean Ziele project manger, his effort as manger was head an shoulders above expectations . The installers Whitt and Jamey were GREAT all work was done as if it was their own home ,great communication, on time, clean up ect. I would re-hire in a heart beat.
My experience was needless to say amazing! As a first time home owner and buyer me and my wife ran into our fair share of horrors once we got to digging around.nnThere was mold under our floors and the crawl space underneath the house was in bad shape as well. We called PJ at Innovative and he didn’t beat around the bush and told us exactly what was wrong and left it up to us what we could do. Amazingly professional!nnWe decided on the pump and the dehumidifier/ encapsulation! Once we were squared away Mikel & Thomas were straight to work! ( if you choose this company I highly recommend them!).nnThey worked diligently and hard! They made sure to keep me updated with everything. And I mean everything. What turned out to be a nightmare for me and my wife they reassured us and showed us that it was all took care of!nnWorking as long as they could to make sure the job was done (not just their standards, but my wife’s and I as well).nnIf you’re looking at getting any of this kind of work done do not hesitate to call them! Michelle on the phone will get you in and help you with ease!nnGreat company and great people! I am blown away by the professionalism and job they did. 10/10 will call them again if we need anything done! Thank you guys so much!
