Murfree Spring Wetlands

Wonderful ecosystem full of diverse plants and animals. One of my favorite places in Murfreesboro. A real treasure.

Pretty little walk for families. Right next to Discovery science center.

Love this wonderful place, a great day out with the Grandkids. Amazing and gorgeous to look at.

We spent a few hours walking around and watching the wild life. We saw lots of turtles, fish, and beavers. We even saw a small but shy little snake. The plants and flowers were beautiful. Lots of birds too. There's a discovery center too but it was closed on Mondays. Looking forward to visiting again.
