Service man came the very next day after setting appointment, gave a detailed analysis of my issue as well as emailed. Was able to use a payment plan that fit my budget because initial assessment was expensive. The day of repair, serviceman found out I only needed one part instead of 2 and my cost was reduced by almost $200. This company by far is superior in customer service and uses integrity to find a solution to your problems. I am a customer for Life!!!

The Aire Serve team went above and beyond my expectations. From the initial inspection by Jim to the installation by Kyle and Cody I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Jim the inspector pulled no punches and told us everything that needed to be either upgraded or replaced. Jim (the owner) sat down with us and set up all of the service repairs and was upfront with pricing. Kyle and Cody were efficient and thorough with their work. They kept us informed of where they were in the process. It took them 2 days to pull all of the old ducting work and install the new. They installed a mini-split unit the last day. 3 days for the amount of work they accomplished was impressive. There has been a notable improvement in our home air/heating the last few days. I will be recommending Aire Serve to anyone I know needing AC/Heating repairs or upgrades!

Patrick was the consummate professional - kept me in the loop the entire time, answered questions, and worked quickly and efficiently. Identified and fixed issues that the previous company failed to find or completely skipped. 10/10 would call again.

The best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with. They came in a took care of a mess from another contractor and were very professional and we didn’t have to wait. If you want things done right this is the company for you. Jim keeps his guys trained and up to date on all the new systems and changes made to previous systems. They know what they are doing and will walk you through every step of the way so there are no surprises. He and his guys are work horses. They will work untilnthe job is perfect. I’m now a lifetime customer. Thanks Jim and crew!!!
