Terrible..! The hotel is in Orangeburg close 95.nHave to pay extra for my Dogs and no body in Booking tell me nothing. Other more important is not safety, Have to cal 911, two cars white& grey going around to the parking lot like looking something, they aren't customers of the hotel. I feel a lot scare. When the police come in, the bad guys go 2 min before, my husband explain the police what happened. All that was around 7pm Dec 28/2020.

Nice staff, room was clean and cozy. The pullout couch was a huge help in our situation! I also really like that the hotel is fairly far from the highway,it was pretty quiet. Would reccomend ud83dudc4d

We always stay here. They are pet friendly. Room are clean for the most part n they don't stink. Desk is always nice n helpful

We stayed there last Saturday. The lady who was at the front desk was nice. There was roaching and bugs running around since we arrived. I was laying in bed with my 2 year old and a roach crawled down my hair and onto the bed, gross! I jumped up so fast to throw the roach off. As I was looking for the roach, there was another kind of bug on the floor, that my child saw. After that happened we finally went to bed. I was itching all night. I woke up to bites all over my arms and legs and a couple on my face! I pulled off the sheets and saw a bug! I got bit all night by bed bugs! It was horrible! Thank god my child didn't get bit. I couldn't wait to leave. I informed the person, our friend, who paid for our room and he stayed in the room next to us. He told the housekeeper that there were bugs. He said he was going to let corporate know too.

I was passing through and chose this hotel based on proximity when Googling. I regret that. This place isn't much good unless you just want a bed with temperature control.nnOur hotel had sticky hand prints on the front window. There was a few inch gap in the door weather stripping which allowed beetles in. The walls had various splatters, all of the walls. The chair at the desk had hair on it as if someone was giving their head a buzz cut. The bathroom mirror was smudged. There was no fan in the bathroom. The hairdryer had scorch marks on the plug. Definitely didn't use that.nnThe shower floor was stained. The hottest water setting was luke warm. The toilet had some residue on the seat that I had to clean when I got there with my Clorox wipes. The bathroom door was missing a chunk from it. The door was dirty with hand prints. There were dead bugs in the bathroom light. Also the bed description said queen, but they were smaller.nnOther than that, cosmetically it is antiquated. That's not a big deal. You get what you pay for. But paint was on the mirror. Plaster patches were shoddy. Grout from the floor was smeared on on the walls and trim. No craftsmanship. I took a few photos I am attaching.
