This is the worst company ever. They lied about the job that they was going to do and half did the work. They never finish the work and when I call Jason the owner he would not pick up the phone. I seen the owner in Lowe’s and ask him about it and he said he was sorry he was back up on another job he would be out there first thing in the morning. Morning came he never showed or answer the phone I had to call a real plumber and now I’m in the process of taking J&C to court to get my money back. Please save your self time and money stay away from this company.
JC Plumbing (Jasen) charged me $346.00 to change out two cut off valves to my toilets. That was extremely too high! It took him less than 10 minutes to replace each one. The 2nd bathroom - he said needed replaced also, but I was not having an issue with it. I went by what he said. I will NEVER use JC plumbing service again!!!! I think because I am a single Parent he thought that he could Over Charge me!! I pray GOD will handle him and his company.
AHS sent out J&J Plumbing to look at my water heater problem. Jason was very responsive, showed up on time and immediately troubleshot the water heater issue. I ended up needing a new one; his technician (Justin) was overly professional, polite and did a good job. I would certainly use them again.
I can’t recommend J&C Plumbing enough. I called on Monday and they came out Tuesday and completed the work in about an hour. Quality work and a very reasonable price too. I’ll be calling them again for my new sink install coming up soon.
Had a new well pump installed fast when mine burned out. Had a problem with it a few days after and the owner called me after hours on the weekend, and came immediately after to get it right. Jason and Keith have been nothing but exemplary and professional, I will continue to choose them for my plumbing needs.
