First time using this company. From the call to obtain a quote to the installation they were very professional! Mike was outstanding in explaining what should be done for us and offered options. He worked diligently, cleanly and timely. If I was still in my business I had before retiring I would definitely want Mike Lawton as an employee. He would be a great asset to have and deserves every penny of compensation he receives.
I had called after hours the gentleman was very helpful and then the next morning early I got a call and about 2 hours later I had technician at my house. The second floor bathroom flooded from the toilet which was clogged but the water was so much it poured into my garage and made a mess. But this company BF was truly very helpful, efficient, and great prices! Very happy.
Today, as always, Mike Lawton was prompt, professional and did great work 11-19-20. BFP was a great choice. Previously (total re-plumb), they scheduled me in quickly and were always on-time and worked long hours. Jeff is very polite and a good communicator, and works very hard to get the job done right. It's so nice to have dedicated professionals like Mike, Jeff, Mica and Richard. Tony and the whole team handle your work on point. Thank you!
Brandon was very up front and transparent about the work provided. He needed to Re-install our sink because of a new counter top just being installed. All cost and work needed to be done were explained before hand. Very satisfied with this company. I will recommend them to neighbors.
Aaron was a fantastic plumber and worker. He worked so hard and went above and beyond for us. He worked until almost 9pm every day to get our whole house plumbing refit completed. He kept us updated on the progress and did his best to make sure we had water and a working bathroom each night so we could stay in our home.nThe job had some u expected additional issues and Aaron and his crew were able to make the repairs while keeping our yard pretty much intact. You can barely see where they had to dig up the yard.nWe will be asking for Aaron for any future plumbing needs. Great job Aaron and Benjamin Plumbing.
