I went to the Plum Lounge for a friend's birthday. We had a lovely time and received the ultimate VIP experience from Joe and our lovely server who's name I think is Connie? The food portions are small, but they more than make up for it with their alcohol portions.nnThe server was very honest with us and told us we might want to order 2/3 plates of each dish because they're very small. I loved how she was there for our group for everything- a special request of cherries, she got it, another request for warm cookies, done. She even sent us back to our rooms with bottles of their pricey Icelandic water ($10 a bottle!)nnYou truly are treated like a high roller in this room. I felt the VIP status as soon as I walked in. No one said no to us, except for the milkshakes, apparently they don't make them, but they did make a killer mudslide.nnPros: skirt skate, sirloin, salmon, service, generous poursnCons: nonennNote: It's VIP and less than 1% of Hard rock guests will ever experience this room behind two velvet ropes. Enjoy it while it lasts.

This is worth to come see the guitar is beautiful! They had a light show tonight that was beautiful and entertaining! I enjoyed it! I ate the nachos at the hard Rock Cafe which is definitely something you want to sharenYou get a whole heap of them! Did some gambling at the slot and won 100$ ! So this place is alright to me! Definitely a place to go and look at all the cool clothes and guitar's donated from various artists!

Beautiful, very clean, mask required & temp ✅. Sanitizing crew all around casino. Lots to do & see. Great restaurants & awesome stores to do some shopping. Cool bars & nightclubs. Great water cascading falls, overall nicely decorated! We would definitely be coming back! We would love to stay in this hotel! ud83dudc4d

A very nice place. Although the State of Florida may not have a mandatory mask mandate. I was pleased to see that wearing of mask was mandatory. I wish there was more non smoking areas that are clearly marked as in Atlantic City , NJ because the non smoking room slots are clearing not as abundant as is the smoking areas of the casino. The food court was great, and because I'm a dice player and love to play live craps not machines. This is the reason for a 4 star rating and not a 5!
