I booked my reservation through hotels.com and paid online. When I arrived I was instructed that I had to give a $50 cash deposit and since I'm on the road I'd never carry cash so I had to leave the hotel and go to the closest Walmart so I could get $50 cash back to go back to the hotel so I could get my room. When I entered the room everything looked fine on the outside didn't notice anything until around 11:00 p.m. when I got into the shower I noticed a bar of soap and a shampoo bottle that I did not put in the shower. The bar of soap was covered in little black hairs and the shampoo bottle was almost empty. I was completely disgusted because that means that the shower was not cleaned and when I got out of the shower I started looking around and noticed that there was vomit on the toilet and it just looked like they had come in and placed towels and took out the trash and did nothing else except make the beds. Since it was so late and I was so tired I didn't go to the front desk because they told me upon entering that there were no more rooms and they were fully booked so there was no way that they could switch me rooms and I definitely wasn't packing up and going to the rat infested hotel in town so I was stuck in a hotel that obviously doesn't adhere to covid-19 policies. I will never be back and I will be calling corporate

The customer service here when I was trying to make a booking was pretty lacking. I had to call and email several times to get a business receipt. not a friendly front desk at all. Service with an attitude mostly.

2nd time staying here in 2 weeks, and I was very happy this time. The manager, Sherry is awesome! She was very sweet, warm and kind and helpful! Beds are comfy, rooms were clean.
