The room was clean and pleasant with good lighting, and a variety of pillows to find just the right one. Restaurant in the lobby was very nice with a great bartender. The front desk was a little surly. But everything else was great.
Naturally it was almost midnight on October 11, 2020 and We had vehicle problems. We where traveling through Augusta and needed a pet friendly room ASAP.nMs. Kirkland was WONDERFUL! She had us checked in and settled in our room quickly. The room was nice, clean and we slept great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needed a room in the Augusta area.
I was actually at The Holiday Inn Express next door. Nice, clean, polite staff.
We needed a last minute reservation and Keleigh at the front desk was professional and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
I stayed here last weekend and expected much better for the price and name. The staff was nice. My room was not cleaned well and in the era of COVID-19 that is even more scary! Not to mention that my room was next to a bunch of late night noisy kids. However, security did take care of the noise. The tub does NOT drain well while taking a shower which is gross because the tub is shared by others and the filth came right off the shower curtain!! I did take pictures of the some of the nasty issues and will attach to this comment if I can. Again, the staff was nice but I do recommend checking the reviews of the other many hotels on this street.
