Quick check - in and friendly front desk staff. Clean room and easy access to elevator. Breakfast was good even with the Covid- 19 . I will definitely staynbe staying here again. I have stayed at this motel twice before and have been very happy with my overnight stay.
No where was it mentioned on their website that the pool and breakfast were cancelled due to covid. I have been to four hotels during the pandemic and all of them had breakfast to-go bags in lieu of their normal set up.nnAll four had their pools open as well so I don't totally buy the excuse that these measures were taken for safety precautions. Especially sincere there was ZERO enforcement of the mask rules in the lobby while waiting to check in.nnIf you want to know what it feels like to have a giant baby drool into your face then please request room 123 where the water pressure is non-existent.nnI drove 9 hours with 3 teenagers so honestly none of this was worth the time or energy to complain to the front desk, especially since there was only one young clearly exhausted woman working the thing.nnI travel along I-95 every other month and stay at many places in this area, this won't be one of them.
The staff is rude they gave someone else a key to my room so at 1 am i have someone trying to get in my room luckily i had the deadbolt and chain on. Then the call me rudely demanding my name at the front desk no explanation or apology didn't even tell me who the were until i called them back and demanded it. Then he apologised but was still short said that there guest list was wrong. Lied on the website about continental breakfast no breakfast provided.Micro is right your basically paying full price of a nice hotel for the the closet space of a nice hotel would give no stars but not possible do not stay here incompetent management not safe.
Great job with cleanliness, room was nice. Bed comfortable and bathroom was a decent size. Hotel was recently remodeled it looked like. Good value and worth it
Hotel wasn’t so great. The bed was super soft which wasn’t so great for my back and the water tasted/smelled like sewage, and our microwave didn’t heat food so we had to eat cold leftovers.nWhen asking for an adjustment after getting on the road I was told that all complaints have to be provided prior to checkout. But we did express checkout and called to complain at 9:30am which was before checkout time. I sent the management an email same day and no response as of 2 days later. I wouldn’t stay here again.
