I am very VERY pleased with my stay here!! We are traveling through, going home to NY from FL. Ashley at the front desk is seriously the most hospitable clerk we have dealt with on this trip!! She considered the fact that we had a small child with us, she got us an AWESOME rate on a SUPER CLEAN AND NEAT ROOM!!
Good staff. Maintenance was swift and friendly. The bed was comfortable. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke and sign of smoking in the room. The cleanliness could be much better. There was mold around the tub and many of the surfaces (hair dryer, walls, front of sink) that visibly needed cleaned were not.
It's just fine for a stop over stay. Not updated, but seemed clean. Pool was not open due to Covid but seemed nice. Weekday rates were excellent.
Rooms smelled like smoke. It was cheap but probably should be cheaper. Walls were super thin. Front desk attendant was helpful and courteous. The hotel overall was not a place I would stay again.
It was a good experience. Some issues were troubling. The entrance was very tricky. The directions were vague. They should work on it. We had to walk a lot to search our room. Though it was non smoking room but there was smell of cigarettes. No exhaust fan in the washroom. Otherwise, everything was good.
