Update: it changed properties when dry-cleaned EXACTLY as instructed? I have a real hard time believing that, just like I have a real hard time believing it you'll ever make it right.nnMy girlfriend bought a brand new $250 mattress topper cover for her king size bed. After using it for less than 2 weeks we decided to have it dry cleaned as instructed on the tag and took it to Waters. Not only did it take almost a week to get back, it's shrunk so much it wouldn't even fit a twin size bed. When trying to get in contact with them about it to be reimbursed or for them to address the problem we were promised a phone call from the manager that never came, and all of our calls since have been ignored. If they want to make things right then contact Priscilla Torres. I wouldn't recommend this business to ANYBODY
I’ve been visiting this location for several months now, and I’ve been pleased by the quality and dependability of their service. I previously used a dry cleaners in Savannah that constantly broke the buttons on my shirts, but after four months with this cleaners, I haven’t had a single broken button. Keep up the good work.
Clean, fast, friendly. Most the time my clothes were completed early.
