This is the second year we have used CHS. They do an actual soft wash with chemical solution unlike some others who overuse pressure to scrub the house. A soft wash is lots easier on all the surfaces and paint. I like dealing with the CHS office staff and the young people in their crews are well trained, well equipped, well supervised, friendly, and responsible.nWe have used house soft wash, roof treatment, driveway and patio concrete clean and window both inside and outside wash services. All are a good value in our opinion.
I have been very pleased in the past. I have to give the supervisor credit for coming in a timely matter to help the employee who didn’t have a clue how to wash windows.nThe one you g man did a very nice job and the supervisor did finish the outside windows.nI hate to give them a bad review as they finished the job satisfactory.
Hunter did a wonderful job despite having to work around landscapers who unfortunately arrived at the same time. Very professional, thorough and conscientious. Will definitely have more work done by CHS.
Very responsive and came when I needed them. Extremely nice young man doing the cleaning whose name escapes me! Hunter/Ken? Definitely will use them again!
Excellent quality work. Communication on arrival times and services was more than expected. I was pleased with a Saturday return call for an appointment. This company exceeded my expectations and will use them again as well as recommend them to others!
