I went in to find out my measurements so that I can buy a new suit and Sarah Lockwood was very helpful. She politely explained that they do not sell suits but she could measure me so that I can be informed in buying a suit elsewhere. She wrote down my detailed measurements on a piece of paper and even told me what size she would recommend that I try on at a store. She did all this simply to help me out and I appreciate her kindness. I recommend her to anyone.
My wife has had a back and forth fight with these people since March. Lost my jacket, claimed it was “accidentally sent to a hotel in Palmetto bluff. Say they can’t get it for me. Previous manager refused to help my wife, she was finally promised a FULL refund and money back for my suit. Fast forward 3 weeks later. They left a VM for my wife saying they reserve the right to value my suit(whatever that means). End of story, my Express suit is worth $40 store credit or $18. Worse establishment I’ve ever been too. Super unhelpful staff and incompetent management. Pretty sure it was a race thing. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Would be a waste of time! 3 months worth
I definitely recommend alterations by sarah. I was looking for places to fix my dress and those who went did not know how to fix the tail of the dress due to the design it had. But when I came to this place, sarah saw the dress and quickly told me how I could fix it. I was satisfied with my wedding dress.
