The room was not the greatest, cleaning is way under par there was used soap in the shower. We didn't bring our bags in because my husband killed several cockroaches shortly after walking into the room. We were only there one night. All the bad reviews are true. I wish I hadn't given the benefit of the doubt in this case. I dont recommend this hotel. For $111 for one night it definitely should have been much better.
Sockets didnt work,air conditioner wasn't really cooling the room, blow dryer cord was cut, lamps weren't plugged in...
Bathroom wasnot cleaning properly and the covid is going on here are in the tub all in the toilet all on the floor then a roach was crawling on the shower wall I only stayed 2 hours and I left didn't even
It was a decent room and spacious for the money. the pass key did not work after the first time so they made another one and it didn't work either so they unlocked the door with the office key so when I went out I had to have them unlock the door each time..the beds and room was clean and the staff was nice..seems like some people are living in the motel I have seen them on a few occasions in the same rooms...my rating is only on the room I stayed in.
I nearly killed myself getting out of bed this morning because the bed is so freaking high up. Even my 6 foot husband had difficulty getting in and out. And the pool, EMPTY! That's the only reason I booked this place. Plus, in the fridge, an old McDonald's cup. Very disappointed! I will NOT be back!
