Fantastic Resort, we had a fabulous time and will definitely return!! From the moment we arrived everyone was so accommodating!! The food and drinks are spectacular, so really no need to even leave the resort for any meals unless you choose to. What sets this place apart though is the staff!! Charlie at the front door takes fabulous care of you from your arrival!! The fabulous servers and bartenders (Buddington, Lisa and Nicole) made our stay even more fantastic with great food, drinks and phenomenal service. Even a visit from Chef Joe on a special request! Nicole told us about the beach wheel chair they have on site so ALL their guests can enjoy the beach!! High Recommend

Nothing special..... High price for the area.nCoffee maker in room is awful. Asked for extra pods.... extras were not left in room. Had to go buy extra. Kids took over hot tub.nBest thing was proximity to beach. Bed was comfortable.

Food, service, room service, clean, lot of detail given to cleaning. Food ,especially in restaurant, was a 10. Most restaurants on Hilton Head would have a hard time competing.nRooms was spacious and large vanity in bathroom. Many resorts on Hilton Head have small sink areas and know we're to put anything. Look for yourself and compare. Sonesta has got it going on. This place should be 5 star.

A great place to visit for you and your family or couple. You can enjoy the surranding area of just stay in your room and the property. You have swimming area for adults and a area for children. You also have pool side bar. Parking is good and simple.

Not a 4 star definitely. It’s a pet friendly place with dog pee smell in the room all night. Apparently, they do not clean the carpet of the rooms. Not sure who gave this place 4 stars. Rooms are not clean with no refrigerator in the room. The bathrooms are motel like with below average looking decor. They have one restaurant with no room service. Pool looked nice, fire pits looked nice but occupied all the time. If you don’t like dogs or pets and are not used to animal smell, do not reserve a room in this resort.
