ANN, NEIL, AND MARIA MAKE A GREAT TEAM! THEY ARE VERY NICE, COURTEOUS AND ACCOMMODATING! There was not a handicap room available, but they made sure I was able to get a room close to the doors and to parking for my mother. Also, when my mother, who has early onset dementia, locked herself in the bathroom and couldn't remember how to unlock the door, they quickly sent someone over with the master key to help get her out. The room has been updated and the beds were comfortable!
Great service. Wonderful place to just relax and rest with a view of the marshes if that's what you like. And I will add the beds were comfortable also.
Location is good, but nearby road was very noisy, especially at night. Check-in took an amazingly long time despite the fact that the room was already reserved and we had already paid with our Wyndham reward points. The front desk person's English (on Friday afternoon) was very difficult to understand. The room was clean, but the air conditioner and mini-fridge were very noisy and one of the bathroom vanity lights was burned out.
Absolutely loved this room! Had a wonderful vacation and even spent an entire day just laying around the hotel! Staff was nice and the breakfast setup was great! Our room was amazing seemed to have been recently upgraded and had this amazing swirl light that I want for my own house so I took a pic of it lol! Definitely want to visit this hotel again soon! Make sure you visit the Lighthouse thats around 20 min away! Along with what locals call the boneyard Beach and the campground all within a 30 min drive!
Front desk woman was very rude no customer service skills very bad first impression! I should have noticed it right then and choose another hotel because they tried to give me a room that was still dirty from the previous night! Someone else’s trash, beds not made, old food in the room etc. Then the excuse given was “it was marked clean” really!! Nothing done except here’s another clean room! Never will I spend money here to a company who obviously doesn’t appreciate their guests!
