So disappointed!! The photos do not represent the real condition of this inn which is in desperate need of a renovation and a good cleaning. A cockroach ud83eudeb3 outside of one of our rooms was disgusting along with dust, dirt and dead plants inside and outside of property. Staff were nice but owners would not work with us on lowering room rate due to problems. Would not recommend staying here.
We stayed here for our wedding night and absolutely loved it! My husband and I ordered lobster bisque and they were so kind to bring it to our room along with fresh lemon water and cookies- it was all amazing. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic!!! We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be making this our anniversary spot!

This is a must if you are traveling to Beaufort! Frank and Amy were absolutely amazing. The room was clean and had a very neat turndown service every afternoon. Breakfast was excellent and the wait staff are super friendly. Besides the awesome service, the location is perfect. You can get a great view of the sound and five minute walk to plenty of shops and food. Southern hospitality in a nutshell! We will be back for sure.
Superb food. Quaint and memorable. Surprisingly noisy due to architecture with high ceilings and wood. Could use a few more paintings on walls, carpets to decrease clamoe. Entrees pricey but generous servings so I ate lefrltovers. Pork, lamb excellent.
