Had such a lovely stay here this past weekend and definitely plan on coming back! Took one star because being next to the lobby was a little loud in the morning but I’m a light sleeper! Definitely recommend if you’re looking into a hotel in the area though!

This is by far the worst experience I ever had with comfort Inn Suites. We booked a stay for 4 nights and as soon as we arrived to our room there was a terrible smell and on the bed skirting there was some type of sauce. We requested a refund or new room. They gave us a new room we then left to get something to eat came back and the elevator is broke. Front desk says this happens often we just have have to reset the elevator. That was too many Red Flags. We requested refund , didn’t even lay our head down on a pillow and owner refused to give all our money back. Terrible management I advise no one to stay

You will regret staying here...they put you at high risk for Covid... When I walked in my room the floor was disgusting, The toilet had pee stains on the back of the toilet, The bed sheets were noticably not changed from the previous occupant. When I walk downstairs to tell the front desk clerk, there was another occupant from the same floor with the same complaints.... I'm completely disappointed... And have really no energy, we are leaving... This was not only disappointing... To make matters worse the front desk clerk showed my husband another room and it was just as dirty. But I felt the need to let others know that their health may be at risk if they come to this hotel. Please please please find somewhere else to stay... You'll be better off.

Y cannot book with Comfort Inn directly, you have to go through a booking agency like Expedia. They will tell you that their pool and the Jacuzzi are open for use; upon arriving we were told by the desk clerk that was a lie to call Expedia back to get a refund. She could not do it as they called and oaid her with their co. card. Expedia put me ion an indefinite holding pattern forever. 3 hours on the phone to get my refund to be told sorry, someone will call you back; which I still haven’t received it for $300 + and it’s been three week. The indoor pools at Holiday Inn and Best Western are indeed open for use and you can talk directly to the des. So if you try to stay there because you have kids and want to use the indoor pool Comfort inn has decided against the use of the swimming pool but the booking agents will tell you anything to facilitate the sale or maybe the 2 companies do not communicate information. Terrible waste of time and money also after a 4 hour drive arriving at 11:40 pm. Extremely disappointed.

I had to switch rooms twice. The 1st room was cool when I got in, but there was a big puddle of water on the floor under the A/C. Switched me to a room on the same floor, the A/C was off. I turned it on went out to eat, but when we returned it was still scorching in the room. Blowing hot on the coldest setting. The 3rd room was fine and A/C worked great cooling the room in just a few moments. The rooms were clean and spacious with newer appliances.nnIn the morning the only breakfast available was muffins and coffee, despite the website saying continental breakfast. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, but the overall stay wasn't worth the money.
