I loved this zoo great staff, beautiful animals such as snow leopards, river otters, snakes, Jaguars, alligator in the spring time, brown bears and flamingos, great public education center, the zoo is organized well so you can find the way, Great gift shop but the most awarding part of this zoo is all the events and programs such as education programs, breakfast with the creatures, sleepover or nighttime at the zoo, birthday parties, behind the scenes tours for $200 for 30 minutes, zoo lights, school field trips, fun rides delicious food stands such as nachos pizza pretzels all you can eat food, I have visited this zoo many times so I just want to tell everyone you are going to love this zoo! If you want to try another zoo New England zoo then drive to Boston and visit franklin park zoo which I love that zoo as well.
It was a nice place to go with young kids. It didn't have a huge variety of animals but enough to keep the kids entertained. There is also a play ground that gives the kid a break. They can have a snack and play for a little while then be ready to move on.
In the cooler weather of autumn, the animals seem more active!
It has nice animals
No staff was present once you walk through the zoo to make sure people were wearing there mask or social distancing .
