Horrible service, don't know if the girl was new or what, but she didn't know if she was coming out going. Took over an hour after we ordered to get cold food. Place was not busy. At all and they still could bus the tables. Two next to us were dirty the whole time.
Before I write this review, please note that I was a waffle house waitress for 2 1/2 years.nThe establishment was clean, the tables cleaned properly within a few minutes of people leaving. The food was good; delivered hot and on a timely manner.... By someone who was not our waitress. We gave her our order, and we didn't see her again until it was time to pay out. There was hardly anyone else there, so I find her excuse thin and probably false. I suspect she kept the tip to herself instead of giving it to the man who did 90% of her work.
Service was slow. Waitress couldnt give any information on what ingredients were in certain omelettes. Got the wrong flavor milkshake and had to ask for the hashbrowns that were supposed to come with the meal.

This ihop was very clean and the service was great. The food was really good. We stayed across the street at the comfort suites and the breakfast was weak so we came over to IHOP. Good choice. It was during covid-19. I felt the appropriate precautions were in place to keep us safe. If visiting liberal again I will go back. Highly recommend.
