Took my down comforter in and they did an amazing job. I gave a four star because it took a week longer than they said, and then they said they would call me when it was ready and they never did.nOtherwise the ladies were nice and my comforter looks brilliant white with no issues.

If you value your garments, DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!nWe, my wife and I, took a very expensive Kilt into Finley Cleaners. They assured me that they were capable of cleaning and pressing my kilt.nWe dropped it off on Mon, went to pick it up on Tue. The garment was perfectly cleaned but had double creases pressed all over garment. The pleats are SEWN IN! There was no reason for there to be improper press marks.nThe lady behind the counter told me that they would clean it again at no charge.nWe went to pick up the kilt Saturday and it was properly pressed, but now had black smudges all over the garment. In addition there was a small yellow spot on the lower front panel! You flip the front panel over and see that the spot is a bleached spot all the way through the material! They have ruined my expensive new kilt!nNow... Here's the worst of it... The owner Steve makes every excuse under the sun as to the garment having a manufacturer defect, or something was spilt on the garment that their cleaner reacted to, etc. I told him that when we first examined the garment, after the first cleaning, WITH two of his employees, there were NO marks, and no bleached marks on the garment, only the problem with the pressing. The stains and bleaching occurred AFTER the first cleaning and before they presented to me the second time. Finley Cleaners was the only ones to have possession of the garment between those two separate inspections.nSteve claims that the bleaching must have just been missed! How utterly ridiculous!nHe blatantly refuses to accept responsibility and refuses to replace my garment!nThis is ABSOLUTELY unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable!nnDO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!

If u take ur clothing into Finley Cleaners in downtown shawnee, ud better make sure that they charge u the correct price before u leave. I took my jacket in there this last sat to have the pully on the zipper fixed. I was given a receipt for 14.05 however when my husband went in today and picked it up he was charged 18.25. I called them and was told the girl mispriced it and they were sorry. well I'm sorry but ur mistakes r not my fault. u gave me one price on my receipt then u should still honor the price u originally gave me, NOT wait till I pick my item up and then charge me more without prior notice or any offer to correct ur mistake #BadbusinessPractice.

They do a great job on your clothes but you just have to keep in mind what all you took in..
