I dropped an item of clothing off for an estimate of repairs. I advised when I dropped it off to have the seamstress evaluate the cost so I could decide if I wanted it repaired or not. I received a text message the next day telling me my item was ready for pick up. I called back and was told it was repaired and ready for pick up. So I was forced to pay to get my item back after I specifically asked for a price first. I never authorized repairs to be completed. I only asked for a price. Very unprofessional and I won't be visiting again. Extremely disappointing!
