Such an amazing experience with Chilli Willie Plumbing, HVAC & Mechanical ! It began with the great customer service of their office staff, from scheduling my appointment to the thoughtful follow-up throughout the process. Steve and Jared were on time and incredibly professional (they left my kitchen cleaner than they found it!). When they ran into a snag with the sizing of the gas range (I purchase from another vendor) they were hired to installed, they didn’t let it deter them from completing the job. They evaluated all possible solutions and provided me with options for next steps. They never made me feel bad about the error and were incredibly gracious and solutions driven. While they were in my home I asked if they would kindly evaluate my HVAC systems and tankless water heater. We discussed my challenges with asthma and allergies, and they educated me on the products available to my address concerns. We also talked about the need for routine maintenance on my tankless water heater to ensure I get the longest possible life out of my heater. I appreciated the time they took to educate me on the benefits/opportunities available to me as well as the risk associated with each. I never felt pressured into purchasing additional products or services and found their pricing to be incredibly reasonable. The customer care put forth by this team ensures I will be working with them again in the future.
