We dropped our laundry off to be washed and when we picked it up we were missing a bag. I called the next day to let them know. I was told that we were not missing a bag. I said yes we had 8 and only 7 were given back to me. The woman who did our clothes was very nasty with me and insisted I didn't know what was dropped of bc she never seen my pink bag. After yelling at me telling me I was wrong she said I'm not going to argue with you and hung up. We then went there and spoke to the manager who was working she seemed very concerned with the situation and said that after she gets up and running she would look at the cameras. When she seen the price we were charged 115 she was confused and said it didn't add up. It's been days now and no one has gotten back to us about our missing bag or items. This to me is bad business. I couldn't believe the way the employee spoke to me. Instead of a simple apology and we will look into this for you she became very confrontational telling me I was wrong when I know what was dropped off. I wouldn't suggest any drop off your clothes to be washed there. You would be much better off doing them yourself. Very disappointed in how I was treated.

I was very impressed. I went there after stopping at a different laundry mat that the people where rude at.nWestside is very clean and the washers where half the price of the other place. The lady working was very nice to me even helped me carry stuff in and made sure I was able to get my washers started. Will definitely be going back

The attendant on Duty, Jimmie, was so cheerful and attentive. Was always present and helped me when I had to switch from the washers to the dryers because I had so much.nThe place was clean and well lit up so I could see my car the whole time.nI was by myself and I went after 1:00 am to take advantage of the free dryers. It was nice to see a smile and have good conversation with someone while I waited. Jimmie was nice enough to even help me take everything to my car when I was done.nDefinitely recommend it for the awesome staff and the free dryers. (Must go after 1:00am and before 6:00 am to get free dryers)

Westside laundry has good washers and dryers they were clean and efficent, Been going there for a couple years now and have always met my standards.

Im very impressed with this Laundromat! We dropped about 8 bags of laundry off and they had them hung, folded and labeled the same day! They are also affordable, Jimmie and her co worker were awesome!!!! Im so happy and I definitely recommend going here for all your laundry needs!!!!!
