Left a Marine Corps League Cover and patch to be sewn on the cover along with some shirts. Told them they got the business because they could sew on the patch. Turns out they could not. Did not call. The day before veterans day they hand back the patch and charge me for the cleaning. I will find someone else.
You’ll notice my first review was good. The next experience I had was horrible. I called first and she told me to bring my comforter in and we could see if we could eat them back by Thursday if I brought them before 7:00. My Apple Watch and the car said 6:56. She said I’m sorry I’m closed. I drove all the way there from Tulsa because I liked them and the prices were so good.nVery unprofessional and I will not return. I’m ver disappointed with these actions.
Ignore the bad reviews, they are from long ago. The customer service here is amazing now, and my clothes are always ready on time. The two ladies go above and beyond, and are always such a pleasure to work with. Never going anywhere else again!
I always take my down comforters to be cleaned here!! They always do a fantastic job and are super fast. I always get the comforter back in a week or less.
