I was to the point to going elsewhere but thought I'd give them one more try. Glad I did. Took my kilt in and yall did such a good job my wife thought I got a new kilt.

So today, 5-12-20 I called to see if they had the over the ear mask and was told they had them. I went to the store, and told them what I wanted, showed them what I already had, which is the mask that goes behind your head. I was told it was the over ear mask. I bought and paid for it and opened before leaving only to find it was the wrong mask. Because of the item being a mask I was unable to get a refund and got nothing other than I'm sorry corporate yada yada yada. My family has bought at least $100 worth of mask and I am very disappointed. I get why the mask can't be exchanged but this was clearly their mistake and they should have refunded me the money I paid. Was buying for family member who does not like the behind the head mask. Yep, sure left a sour taste in my mouth. This could have been voided if mask were labeled and staff was educated. Certainly poor business on their part. So, if you are going to get a mask, make sure you are getting the one you want.

This company goes above and beyond! Last weekend I forgot to pick up my husbands suit, he started a new job in Dallas the following Monday. I was in a panic. I sent off emails to their customer service department and called any contact number I could find. Because it was Saturday evening and they were closed. So, Sunday morning I get a text from Jeff, he said “ what time is good for you to meet so you can get your husbands suit.” I was shocked and relieved!!! They do a great job. Jenn is always pleasant, the whole crew remembers customers names. The turn around time for dry cleaning is quick. Uniforms always come back with no starch like I ask.
