Ordered the Supreme or ultimate package for my wife's car, which includes fluid top off, vacuum, and windows. I know the windows and vacuum did not happen and they wanted me to wait while they did it after allowing ample time for everything to be complete. I don't know that they actually changed the oil and filter. I don't plan to take any other vehicles there and will probably get this one re-serviced somewhere else quickly.

Quick, even when shorthanded, great customer service, and they don't b.s. you, or beat around the bush, about services you need vs. what they have available, but they also don't try to sell you services that you might not need. Highly recommend.
Dont trust them. They do not care about performing their work accurately or correctly.
