This car wash is amazing! It has free vacs too! The owner is really nice, and he was accommodating when my card was accidentally charged after I cancelled in the Fall. I'll only go here just because he's so nice! Now that Spring is almost here, I started using this car wash again. It's so awesome because now they have towels for you to wipe off your car, and free car fresheners that smell reeeeally good. I LOVE THEM!!!!!
Went in for a wash and I left with 3 huge scratches on my hood. Went back and filled out a form and never heard from them. My husband went back spoke with the manager and was to be contacted and never heard a thing. I have photos, showed them the car immediately after and followed up. This is very disheartening and expensive. This has devalued my new car and should be fixed. If I damaged somebody’s property during a service I offered I would be held responsible. Just bad business.
TERRIBLE customer service. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Car wash clearly malfunctioned and caused my moms car to rear end the person in front of her. They claim it was “clearly her fault” and won’t take any accountability. Both of the parties involved in the accident agree it was Tidal wave’s fault. Her car was in neutral. Cancelling membership and I recommend everyone else finds a new car wash location. I see other reviews about their terrible service here as well. Sad way to run a business.
Staff is helpful and friendly. The machine doesn’t dry the vehicle as well as it should. Sometimes it still leaves a little soap. I’ve been happy with the monthly subscription just wish it was easier to access online.
Good car wash for automatic. Have towels in vacuum area to wipe down car.
