I keep seeing bad reviews about this car wash, so I decided to go and try it out myself. I have a Nissan quest so keep that in mind, and I went there to detail it. Which is mainly just vacuuming. The car wash was pretty good left a lot of water after it was done, like a lot of water. I think they need better air dryers because those are bad, but I was there for 2 hours vacuuming and I was never told to leave or anything. And thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Sorry for this long post just thought I'd some of you out.
BEWARE!! This car wash just scratched two of my rims. The on-duty manager Kendal Hatcher apologized and said it was their fault for not telling me that their tracks scratch wide rims. He said it is a known issue and that they refer people with rims like mine to their other location. He admitted fault and said he would make a claim. I was supposed to hear from their corporate office in 3 days, then he called me 30 minutes later to tell me my claim was denied because of the type of rims I have. Making an insurance claim and notifying my attorney Monday to file suit. Many scratches on both front and rear driver side rims.
I used to love this wash. Then we moved so I canceled my membership. That was FOUR MONTHS AGO and they keep charging my credit card. I keep having to dispute it, and I still haven’t gotten my money back. My credit card company says I’m going to have to replace my card. That’s the only option. Decent wash. BUT DONT JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP CLUB.
Conveniently located by my house. Super quick. Staff is super friendly.
LOVE this place! Affordable washes annnnd I don't have to get out of my car?! Ok!!
