Wow this car wash sucks. It's very broken.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have used this carwash for years and it has significantly gone downhill. Today the bill changer took my money and wouldn't dispense quarters or give my $20 bill back. I called the number and the man who answered said no problem, I have a worker who lives close by that can come help you. After waiting for 30 minutes I called again. At that point my calls went unanswered. I didn't expect someone to come out then but at least get my address and reimburse the money their machine took. Ended up wasting an hour of my time and then had to drive across town to the other carwash. They lost mine, my families and many of friends business today. We will NOT go back there again.

The vacuums are the most powerful and able to handle the kind of junk that accumulates in the junk car I let the kids thrash. I had to drive away for the second time because their is rough looking characters walking through the parking lot. I had to ask myself if I could take on this guy of he started any problems. Being alone and the only one who would have been their.

I got a very negative impression of this car wash when I drove into the parking lot. I should have just kept on driving, but I didn't.nWhen I pulled into the last bay on the west end, I realized, too late, that I had driven through broken glass. Along with the broken glass, I saw, used Q tips, a golf tees, rocks, paper cups, dirty paper towels, cigarette butts, AA batteries, broken disposable lighter, baby pacifier, candy wrapper, and an ink pen. This is the dirtiest car wash I've ever seen.nThe hose that attaches to the wand needs to be secured to the wall with a hook. When I put my quarters in to begin the wash, I watched the seconds tick by as I waited for the soap to dispense. When it finally emerged, it was barely visible. How was I expected to wash my vehicle with a paltry amount of soap and barely-warm water?nI was so disgusted, I didn't even try to wash the entire vehicle, I only washed & rinsed my windshield. It didn't matter that I had put several dollars into the machine and had lots of time left. It was all a waste of time and money.nDon't stop here, keep driving until you find a better place to wash your vehicle.
