My husband was not home and I was home alone and I felt very comfortable with the men in the house. They were very, very friendly and informative. I would recommend these kind gentlemen anytime!
They bullied 88 year old widow woman over a check she did not write correctly, then sent a crew to remove the pipe they installed, demanded she pay with credit card, after she paid with credit card, they left part of pipe laying on top of ground, ditch wasn't properly backfield. I'll never use these people for anything, and tell anyone I know the same, sincerely Roy Phillips
They got to me pretty quickly and were affordable.
The company is listed as a Lawton business. So I figured the plumber would be coming from Lawton! As it was a Saturday it was going to be 127.00 @ hour. The plumber was nice and professional but he was coming from Fort Cobb and it took 40 mins from him to show up! When I called they failed to mention that my charges would start as soon as the plumber was contacted. I would of went with someone else had they told me that up front I gave them 3 stars because of the deception!
Never showed up!!! So disappointing!!! Well finally showed up, on 2/23/2021. Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience. Not as far as the technician/plumber did finally fix my problem and he was very mannerly and did his job quickly, efficiently, & clean, but their office staff particularly a female that works there was awful, rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional!!!!!!
