Awful service. No 1 is ever available and if u lose money in machine tough luck. I come here to do large comforters etc. And there is never anyone there. Go anywhrre besides here
Washers do not work and there are no out of order signs on them, the staff is a 1800 number. So good luck getting your monet back. if you go here, bring a lot of extra money plan on getting ripped of twice and dont expect any help from anyone unless mabye a normal customer Might say something after you already lost 20 bucks and tell you that the machine is out of order because they lost money too and there was no sign. Btw the 800 number say ok well send a technician in 2 days, we cant help u today. come back next week and talk to a manager if someone is ther.. WhAt. Ok, ill just take the 20dollar loss and hopefully convince Anyone else to go somewhere that customer service exists. When they are getting 10 bucks for a wash, a manager or attendant should be there at all time. Very Angry Customer
It's nobody there that work there to help you if your clothes get stuck dryer or washer nobody can help you the phone number posted on the wall it does not ring and no one answer the phone it's crazy I did not guarantee nobody to watch there stop being cheap and hire someone to stay at the laundromat when someone need themud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude20ud83dude20
