I called and was quoted for a price to clean a rug in my home on site. They didn’t show up for their scheduled appointment so I rescheduled for a couple days later. The day of the appointment, the technician called to say he was on his way. He asked several questions about the rug and quoted a much higher price. I told him I was quoted $80 and he said “I’m not coming for 80 bucks” and hung up. I called the main store and they told me I was misquoted and gave some weird excuse about the rug having to be sent to a warehouse otherwise it wouldn’t come out clean. Depending on who you talk to there, you’ll get a different price and a different explanation on how the rugs are cleaned. The technician was so rude - I wouldn’t want him in my house anyway. Don’t waste your time.
Got their response to my inquiry very quickly. They showed up when they said, did a great job and left the place in great condition. Many thanks for excellent customer service.
