I have been coming to melrose laundrymat for 4+ years and I absolutely adore everyone there. Super friendly and always accommodating.nnI had an issue with my clothes as I pay for them to be serviced and they attended to my matter immediately.nnHowever, I unfortunately was a little disappointed as I was charged an additional $10.00 on my regular order because my sons very small, light 4x4 blanket was put in my with wash. I was not told when dropping off so I was stuck paying 55 dollars on a $44 dollar wash, dry and fold. Now for some people that may not be a lot but for me as a single parent it is.nnI love you guys but unfortunately I will need to find another place that is more cost effective. Best Laundromat service ever, since we start to use the pickup and drop off service it has been the best experience ever. We never had a problem with the service and they are very professional and best customer service ever. Before them we tried so many other laundry services and it was a nightmare and we are very happy we found Melrose Laundromat, for a working mom with kids its not easy to get home and stay all day doing laundry.nThank you so much Melrose Laundromat for the Best Laundry services ever !!!!n5 Star Services .....
