Something I haven't seen from other services is the attention to skin sensitivity. When I indicated that on the order form, Veronica reached out to me shortly after for more details & then passed along sample products catered towards my skin type. Clothes neatly folded & even little bags for the little stuff. Really accommodating. Definitely recommend!

I am a person who suffers from allergies and skin issue so this company was able to put me at ease. I referred a neighbor to this company for a weekly pickup and drop off. My neighbor was thrilled with the service indicating that sheets were returned packaged very well and his requests for pickup etc were agreed to very easily. Care-Full Clean is WONDERFUL! I can't say enough good things about Veronica and her team. They are all such nice people, so professional and accommodating. I choose the natural wash option and my laundry always comes back smelling heavenly. I have a friend who is quite sensitive to any scents or odors often finding them overpowering but even she commented on how great it smells! Having used another laundry service before I really appreciate that Care-Full Clean doesn't send my wash back to me wrapped in plastic. I always hated throwing the plastic away as it seemed so wasteful and not at all environmentally conscious.nnI work but don't live in Malden so initially I would drop my laundry off on the way to work and pick it up after work (turn around is usually a day or two) and it was great. And every interaction with the Care-Full Clean team is a reminder that there are lovely people in the world, which is a reminder I find I'm needing more and more often these days.nnA note on using a laundry service in general: I started using a laundry service a few years ago when I moved to an apartment building with one washing machine for ten units.
