You won't find a better family ran dry cleaner. They take exceptional care of your clothing and offer winter storage at very reasonable prices. I'm always greeted with a smile and my clothing comes out awesome. They've even managed to get out hair coloring off a favorite Red Sox sweatshirt of mine!
Excellent, excellent. Quality of workmanship and friendly staff make this the only cleaner that's worth using. All their services cleaning, tailoring, and leather and swade service are top notch. My cleaning and tailoring has been done by Ernie's company for about 40 years and I've never been dissatisfied. Take my advice, if you're particular and want good service and clean well fitted clothes, Faulkner's is the place for you. Bet on it!!!
Did a great job on a pocket that ripped in a pair of pants
I've been doing business with Faulkners for 3yrs now. Prices are competitive, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend any other cleaners in the Melrose area. .they are the best#
Rates are comparable to or lower than other drycleaners in the area, and they have free pickup/delivery. They come on Mondays *and* Thursdays and almost always have my clothes ready the very next time I come around (very occasionally I'll have to wait a full week).nnI've been using their service for over a year and I'm very pleased with it.
