They always have my clothes clean on time. Their service is wonderful. The staff is courteous and friendly. They do wonders with stained clothes and have saved a couple of stained shirts. Join their frequent user program for coupons that they apply automatically. It really helps you save money.

Left a silk scarf for dry cleaning. The stain on the scarf was still there when I checked it at home. Went back to the store, the guy said he does not know anything so I should wait for another guy ( I guess it is the owner...?) this ‘another’ guy insisted that the stain did not come off after they worked on it and did not give me refund. The stain was from coffee and milk. I brought the scarf to New Russo’s on Essex st, they cleaned it perfectly.

Great service....but $23 for one suit is absurd. It was an emergency, so I paid it. Never again. No thanks.
