Best plumbers in town and some good fishing advice as well!!
My grandma had a plumbing issue. She called Rosewood and they came out, said they fixed it but did not. She called back and told them it wasn't fixed and they came back out again. They still didn't fix it. She tried calling back and they wouldn't return her calls. She ended up calling another plumber in Goldsboro, who was able to come out the same daynQuality plumbing immediately fixed it and explained to her what the problem was AND CHARGED HER LESS THAN ROSEWOOD DID. I highly do not recommend Rosewood plumbing.
I had pipe stolen while I was out of state and could not go to the house to shut the water off. Andy and his crew were able to respond to my call same day, shut off my water and troubleshot my issue. He came and fixed it the next day. Couldn’t have been happier with his service and frequent communication. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES!
I called Rosewood plumbing because I had a sewer line stopped up. They came out and unstopped it and sent me a bill for 1100.00 dollars. A couple months later same line stopped up again, came over unstopped it , I showed them where the old cast iron like me had a hole on it and needed to be replaced. They said they would come back when it was cooled, send me a bill for around a hundred dollars. On the first job they did replace about 20 foot of line. So I started to have problems that every time we had a big rain I couldn't flush the toilet. I dug it up where the put the new line on to the septic tank and they had stuffed plastic around the line to seal it.nI repaired it today. The might do okay on an easy job but I don't think they like doing much labor.
I have used Rosewood Plumbing for years! If I call they either answer or call back within a day if I leave a message! They are at the job when they say they will be and are quick and efficient! They also have the most reasonable pricing!
