Love working with John and Matt! We've had two plumbing needs in 2020 that they have repaired. Both involved pipes in the crawlspace. In each case, John responded to my message quickly. He committed to times to come by to check out the situations and showed up as promised. He or Matt then came and made repairs as promised. Pricing seemed very fair to us.

After listing our home for sale, the county informed us that our basement was finished without a permit and we'd have to get multiple inspections before we could sell it -- we were under a huge time crunch. Most plumbers didn't return our calls, and the ones that did said they wouldn't do it because it wasn't their work. Mr. Kahle was the only one who would do the work. He was fast, professional, and also did our fuel piping inspection too. The price was much lower than we expected (repairs had to be done), and he got everything done in one day. Super great contractor!!

Came once and did a good job. Scheduled for a second time. Made extensive arrangements to make it work. Plumber did not show up, and did not respond to multiple calls and texts. No word. Had to hire another plumber. Finally spoke to him today, and he said he was sorry. He acknowledged he was in error. Seems to have good skills, but wouldn't rely on someone again who doesn't seem to have his act together concerning keeping scheduled appointments.

Woke up to water everywhere this morning. Kahle plumbing came out quick and was able to get everything fixed up for us fast. Super friendly and helpful. We will definitely use again in the future.

We had an emergency this morning and he was the only plumber that responded on Saturday morning and our toilet was fixed by 10:00 am. Our toilet flooded our downstairs. He was amazing, kind, and settled all of my worries! We have used him on several occasions and he is the best!!!
