I work every other week so I eat at two Jersey Mike's locations. I generally eat at JM two to three days a week. One JM locations is very inconsistent and sloppy and the other if is always fantastic. This is the fantastic location. sandwich is consistently made correctly, bread is always fresh and soft. The staff is very friendly, and the manager somehow remembers my name when I walk in. Just a fantastic experience. This is absolutely one of the best managed Jersey Mike's in Durham, always a consistently and pleasurable experience.
I came in to make a pickup order at this location. A man walks in without a mask. They offer a mask but he refuses. They served him anyway. I asked the manager why she didn't refuse to serve him since they have a mask policy on the door. She replied that is the owner's actually policy to serve everyone mask or not. I asked to make a complaint and she referred my to the corporate website. I filed a polite complaint on the corporate website. They never even bothered to respond. Jersey Mike's lost a customer for life.
I have not been in since the pandemic started and was surprised to see all the tables and chairs lining the walls so you could not sit and eat. But it does prevent temptation! Spacers on the floor at the order line, masks and gloves worn and as always, friendly and my sub in a tub was amazing! I won't wait so long to stop in!
The website and Postmates says no extra charges or fees. A mini #8 on the website for pickup is $8.40, in the store it's $6.95. I love the food but will not be ordering pick up again!
Delicious Italian Sub! The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and provided excellent customer service.nThey are two tables outside for customers but no inside seating available at this time.
