I received a text message confirming the appointment and received a second text message letting me know when they were en route and that they would arrive by 8:30. Excellent, On Time(actually early), professional, work was excellent. This company was a life saver for me. I was a last minute appointment. I had exhausted just about everyone on Google and Facebook, no one was willing to work with my timeframe. I was moving out of the property the next day. I know my fault, but I didn’t think everyone in WakeForest and Raleigh was getting carpets cleaned on the same day as me ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0fany way when I got Jay’s Carpet Cleaning I was about to give up and the owner said Yes mam and it wasn’t a problem. He said they would be able to get to me on the day I needed and they did. They were amazing and the time it took them to clean my carpets was excellent as well.nnI highly recommend this company again and again.

Have used this service at least 8 times in the past. The first 4 times were seemed to be ok because it was a new business but I understand growing pains. But after that it goes downhill. Timelessness is an issue with appointment start time. Once it was 30 minutes, then an hour another with no call it update on being late. Then the last couple times it was issues with the cost. For this last appointment I received a call stating they were going to arrive 20 minutes after the scheduled time. I thought well they finally got it together at least by giving a call. I definitely understand business, but a business owner should be clear on the prices and not make it appear that a client is being hustled. Well I was for the last time. They hustled an extra $100 from me.ud83euddd0 I guess it's Zerorez from now on.

Called in late April for a 30 may 2020 carpet cleaning of two small bedrooms. I texted him again on the 22 of May to confirm. He texted me and said he had us down. The 30th of may came and went. Texted and called him. My wife called him. No response, never showed up. So what was going to cost us 80 dollars which was his estimate will now be a 175 dollars to have the rental agency do the carpets. Would not reccomend this vendor to anyone.
