They always get my dry cleaning done as expected and turned around in a timely manner. She once even fixed a loose button for me without even charging me as a courtesy. My go-to spot for dry cleaning.
Do not go here please I dropped off 5 shirts and pants and they basically just ironed it and gave it back without washing it. Look around the neighborhood for better dry cleaning services
Have been a loyal customer since moving to the area little over year ago, nothing bad nothing great. Until today, I had brought in my dry cleaning including what I had worn to my wedding. I had brought in a white shirt that I pointed out stains on and had watched the lady working put stickers on. When I came to pick up my clothes the white shirt was missing. When I pointed this out, I was told that she didn't have it. After explaining to her that it was the only item I pointed out any specific stains on she told me she didn't remember it, and told me to go look at home. To no surprise it was not at home. This was a brand new shirt that I wore to my wedding and I was offered no reimbursement or even a simple apology, instead I was spoken to as if I was stupid and inaccurately remembering an event from 1 day prior.nnDefinitely would recommend going elsewhere, or if choose to use this location make sure to take a picture and inventory prior to dropping your clothes off.
