all other area Bojangles have dollar tea, any size, except for this one...large is $2.34 with tax.nTypical Bojangles. Good food, reasonably priced for what you get, great iced tea. Fast drive thru. Friendly staff. Easily accessible.
9/19/20 at 10:50am. After paying and asked to pull up through drive thru and park.(Since my order wasn’t ready) Waiting 20+ minutes for my order to be walked to my car, nothing.nI went inside to inquire about my $4.27 order.nManager said thought they brought it out & Asked what I ordered. (She looked for my order, but didn’t offer to remake it)nObviously I’m not happy about paying waiting for an order that never arrived.nFew minutes later I was able to get a refund. Manager on duty, a most of staff were standing around, obviously not working.nHe is the kicker. Manager gave me my refund, said “I’m Sorry “...... I looked at her and said, “No, you’re not.”. Manager smirked and walked away.nnWorking in customer service myself. I understand the customer is not always right. But the service and absolute lack of decency is a reason this Dobson resident and business owner will not return.
Great food, fast service, friendly and polite morning crew
Worst experience ever. Spent 30$ and half food is missing and other half is cold. Been a long time fan, but the last 2 times at Dobson NC location very disappointing. Beware food is cold and probably missingghalf the order
I always drive to Dobson bypassing mt.airy to get my Bojangles. Dobson has great crew members.
