They lived up to being fast food. It was quick and speedy and the order was not messed up.
I work local so I have gotten food from here several times. Today had to be the worst experience I’ve had. While placing my order I am constantly interrupted, pull up to the first window and she takes my card without telling me the total and never even speaks to me. Second window the girl just tossed my food at me basically and walked off. Worst attitude ever. Today was the last time I’ll be doing business there.
The staff used to be very nice and helpful but recently I’ve had so much trouble ordering here that I’m not convinced of coming back. Whenever I’m at the intercom they cannot get my order right after I have repeated the same order 3-5 times. She didn’t even get it right even after she repeated it back to me. And when she is taking my order she barely lets me finish and then they get upset and give me weird looks when I ask for condiments at the second window. If you don’t want me to ask for anything please give me time to ask for it at the intercom or at least ask me if I need any condiments....And also start giving receipts please because I cannot know what you charged me for and/or put on my order if don’t give me one ud83dude44
Just picked up food from the drive thru. People working the drive thru were friendly. Was told to pull up to the door that they were making our chicken sandwiches. Didn't wait long. Got our food and parked nearby to eat. Expected hot fresh food. The chicken sandwiches were not even warm. The fries weren't either. Room temperature food.
